It's incredibly difficult to defend you and continue to fight the good fight when you can't be bothered to show up, or even acknowledge that you missed an appointment. I book meetings with Vendors, Service Managers, Fixed Ops Directors, Shop Foreman, National Managers, Regional Executives, Trainers, and Mechanics to record 1:1 episodes for the Wrench Turners Podcast. All to provide the best possible content to help you, the Mechanic, be happier, healthier, and more productive on the shop floor. Out of the last 25 appointments I've booked, for the Wrench Turners Podcast (not FOM) to record an episode, 15 showed. Guess who the 9 out of the 10 are that didn't show. If you want to live better and make more money as a mechanic, show up. Do better, be better. j.
