Working with Mike Eicher at Tom Wood Subaru in purchasing our new vehicle was such a positive experience! Of course we did our research and shopped around beforehand, however with Mike’s help we were able to navigate the process simply and leave with a better vehicle than we could have imagined.

I worked (2) 43 hour weeks in a row and they only paid me for one of those weeks at 43 and the other week at 40. I have addressed this multiple times with the boss and they said they aren’t going to pay me. Sounds like call to the department of labor
Technician
If you are hourly and you worked 43 hours, you are owed 40 hours pay and 3 hours at 1.5 base rate. If you are flat rate and you turned 43 hours, you are owed 43 hours. If you are salary, you get paid salary no matter how many hours you worked. If you are flat rate with a guarantee, I have seen shops keep your overage on good weeks to make up for weeks they had to contribute because you didn't meet the guarantee.
I’m hourly and they are playing the corporate game. I reached out the the “HR manager” based out out of California. I was also told automotive industry is exempt from overtime
