19 total in the Service Department.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm.
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
Welders, plasma cutter, cutting tools and some air tools.
What type of break room facility is provided?
Air conditioned and heated lunchroom with vending and refrigerator. Big screen TV.

What is your parts ordering process?
We order parts through a designated parts back counter person. Most parts are in stock with some special order parts ordered with lead times.
What is your policy on side work?
No side work allowed.
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
We offer on-the-job class C-A tech Training and OEM provided training.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We offer technician skill level pathways (depending on the level of technician's skill level) as well as opportunities to transition to foreman and/or service writer.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We provide annual performance reviews.
What type of safety training is required?
Forklift, EPA
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
Younger techs shadow the Class-A skilled techs to learn new skills.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
We sponsor local youth basketball teams and participate in other sponsorship opportunities.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Not at the moment.

30 minutes: Shop walkthrough, discussion of current skills, discussion of background, and expectations.

Class A Trailer Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $30.00/hour
Annual Christmas Bonus and Owner's Discretionary Bonuses.
