March 8th is International Women's Day. Our industry continues to be male dominated but progress is being made. Tell us about some of the strong women in your shop and how you encourage more females to get into the industry.

Christine joined J's Auto Service's front office in 2001 with minimal auto industry experience. With a mission focusing on helping consumers with their Auto Service needs. As Christine gained knowledge and experience, she also gained customer trust. Confident with her progress she completed and passed the ASE Service Adviser certification test. Today Christine inner acts with the shop techs on the challenges of todays vehicle repairs. Christine has accomplished a great deal since her arrival in 2001 and continues her journey well into the future with J's Auto Service.
