2 techs and an office manager

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

hours are Monday-Friday 7am to 5pm every other Saturday 8-1 depending on the work load.

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

all shop tools - presses, a/c machine, scanners, diag equipment, lifts, etc.

What type of break room facility is provided?

none

How many bays does your shop have?

open floor plan - 2 bay doors

How many repair orders do you average per month?

50-60

What is your parts ordering process?

office manager orders parts.

What is your policy on side work?

No side work allowed in the shop, if tech brings in work then they will get paid 15% of the labor plus their hourly rate.

Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?

No phone use allowed or very limited use due to distractions and productivity issues, lunch is 30 minutes and employees are allowed a 15 minute break. overtime is available depending on work load. We are a small but busy shop.

continuing education can be discussed and reimbursed.

raises are handled every 6 months and productivity bonuses have to be met with monthly goals. techs receive a percentage of labor for outside work they bring in
