What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Store hours are 7am-6pm Monday thru Friday, Saturday is 8-7, Sunday closed. Technician's work 7:30-5pm Monday thru Friday, 1 Saturday per month 8-4
What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?
We have built-in tool boxes. We supply a diagnostic lap top and all special equipment need for warranty repairs. Technicians are expected to provide their own tools
What type of break room facility is provided?
We have a large lunch room in the main building and smaller break area in the shop

What is your parts ordering process?
Most parts are in stock. Recall parts are ordered when the appointment is booked. Most non-stock parts are ordered for follow day.
What is your policy on side work?
No - we offer employee pricing to family
Are there any other unique features of the work environment worth noting?
We offer flat rate technicians production & CSI bonuses
Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?
Yes we offer multiple training opportunities with Audi of America. Technician training is fully funded by the dealership with travel opportunities available.
Can you describe opportunities for career growth at your business?
We often promote from within our organization. Almost every manager started off in a sales role with our company. 2 of our service advisors started off as valets, 1 technician is now selling used cars. We also have 20 locations in the north east region for employees to transfer within if the plan to relocate.
Can you describe your performance review process?
We do quarterly performance reviews and annual employee reviews. Both look at overall progress of the individual and team.
What type of safety training is required?
We use a safety training system called KPA. Training is a required item
Can you describe how Techs work with and mentor younger techs?
We are lucky to have 2 technicians with 25+ year in the business. We also have 4 technicians that are master certified. Our more senior technicians will work hand in hand with apprentice techs for the first 90 days. They also provide support to young techs over the first year as needed. We have a full time shop foreman who is there to help every technician.
How does your shop get involved with the local community?
Our management team often does local charity work
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
We often attend UTI/ATC career days
Do you phone screen applicants before doing in-person interviews?
Yes we do a phone interview before the in-person interview
What do your in-person interviews entail?
We typically discuss life goals, hobbies, abilities, employee/company needs and company benefits

Yes background check & drug screening are required

Flat Rate technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $40.00/hour
We also offer production bonuses based on hours produced and monthly bonus based on CSI score.
Hourly Apprentice technician
Pay Range: $18.00 - $24.50/hour
