Top Shop Challenge: What is your process for onboarding a new technician? How do you make them feel welcome while also ensuring they learn everything they need to know?
When a new tech joins us, we kick things off with a "meet & greet" tour. We'll stroll around the whole building, pointing out where everything is and introducing them to everyone we run into.
