Top Shop Challenge: How are you planning to support your team’s professional development in 2025?
Town Toyota is dedicated to the growth and development of all Service staff. Technicians continue growth whether utilizing our in-house training program, ASE accreditations, or Toyota ILT courses to continue certifications they would like to obtain to advance in the careers, all at zero cost to the technician. ASM’s will continue to complete either online training or ILT’s in 2025. Warranty admin and BDC staff will have the opportunity to attend Toyota ILT trainings throughout 2025.

Day 1 Semester 2 - 2025
Today we are feeling the ripple of the extended winter break. The added week off is a game changer. This shows me a variety of things about my students. They are happy to get back and realize we are already running behind schedule. I appreciate their urgency. Now we get to work. It doesn't get much more real-world than this! Two of the projects are the Chevy truck suspension rebuild and the Chevy Equinox transmission replacement.

Beginning of second semester
Final push for our first group of seniors. A lot going on trying to get the program accredited with ASE, industry certifications, and shop work. Electrathon has been rough so far this year but hopefully we will finish strong.
