Technician
Before I started at Chevrolet, I worked an a Ford dealer(huge one). At the time they were teaching us how to disassemble the batteries to replace cells in them. Somebody asked a sort of redundant question about shock risk. The teacher said something along the lines of, " At this point in the process, the system should be deenergized and the cells should be at minimal nominal voltage, so as long as you don't like the bus bars while holding onto something else, you are likely safe". So the running joke around here has always been, The most important lesson about working on EV, DONT lick the bus bars.
