Greetings from J E Robison in Springfield, Massachusetts. In the first image, Paul and Jose assemble a Land Rover R380 transmission to its transfer case prior to fitment in a 1993 Defender. In the background a fine old T Bird hides out from the rain this morning. Behind that Danny sorting out some engine troubles on a Bentley Bentayga. In the next photo Danny is looking inside the Bentley engine with the borescope, and the last photo shows Bruce painstakingly assembilng little bits onto the center console woodwork in a coach built Bentley. We do a lot of craft work like that here, and the guys take a lot of pride in how it comes out. For those who are curious, our facility is divided into 7 units, each with 3-5 double-depth bays, a truck garage, and a storage garage. These pictures show a slice of what's here at any given moment, but there is always more happening. We typically have 100 or so jobs in process, at least a dozen of which are engine overhauls.

Yes he is . . . he's going out for a knee replacement next week and that made me realize we really need to work on recruiting 1-2 more people. We have had more than we can do for some time now and with Bruce out three months that will be hard.
