Ever wonder what it’s like to work at different shops/dealerships in your area? Ever wish you could give feedback to shops/dealerships about how they could improve the lives of their technicians?

Now is your chance!

As a part of our upcoming TechMission Local Events taking place virtually in September in 10 cities across the U.S., technicians and industry professionals will be able to get all the details about what it’s like to work at different independent shops and dealerships in their area (without having to leave their house).

What is the Shop Showcase?

Our Shop Showcase will feature Top Shop pages for local shops and dealerships that outline all the information technicians want to know about before they consider working at a shop.

Each shop featured in the Shop Showcase will have a Top Shop page that includes:

  • Compensation ranges for every level of technician
  • Detailed benefits coverage
  • Photos and videos of the service area and employees
  • FAQs about work environment, career development, and hiring process
  • List of all open positions

How Can I Give Shops Feedback?

Not only will technicians be able to see what it’s like to work at these shops, but they’ll also get the opportunity to provide anonymous feedback. Unlike leaving a review on Indeed or Glassdoor, this feedback will not be public and will only be viewed by the shop’s management.

This is a great opportunity to provide honest feedback that could truly help the shop and our industry as a whole. Plus, by providing feedback you can qualify for prizes.

Wait… Did Somebody Say Prizes?

Yes! Shops featured in our Shop Showcase have the option to incentivize technicians by offering up prizes in exchange for filling out their feedback survey. We will be announcing the prizes up for grabs as we get closer to the event.

Awesome. What’s Next?
