"Karina and the team as a whole was just absolutely amazing and very helpful. After a few visits the technician, Tanner, was able to locate the issue and got the repairs done in a very timely manner. The car is back driving great and I am very happy I chose this location to work on my car!"

🔧 A Day in the Life of a Technician! 🚗

What's your take on the benefits to having AC in the shop?
Technician
I've only worked at 2 shops that had A/C. My experience with both was a whole lot more pressure to "turn hours, turn hours, turn hours." Everywhere else we did what we could to stay cool but there wasn't that pressure, and I've been pretty consistent whether I had A/C or not. So, yeah, it's nice, but the pressure that it puts on owners due to increased costs gets passed on to the point it's just not worth it.
Good insight, Russell. It definitely helps with productivity, which is good for everybody in the end. With that being said, I don’t believe every shop is doing it just for that. There are shops, like Craig’s, that have done it for the right reasons. They are simply trying to take care of their people.
