Getting customers to fill out their surveys is a challenge; one that we are most willing to take on. Touching base with the customer to confirm the service provided was top notch is extremely important and we’re diligent in those calls. We’ve added QR codes on our paperwork and throughout the dealership to make it easier for online reviews. What creative ways are you using to make filling surveys out for customers easier or more enticing?

We have had a VERY busy and successful month of October. With winter weather quickly arriving in Colorado, our technicians have been busy getting customer cars ready for the snow! From putting on winter tires, to making sure the car is running like new, our techs have been busy keeping our customers prepped and safe for the winter season!
Our used car technician, Isaiah, has been an incredible asset to our team this month. With a record number of trade in vehicles in the month of October, Isaiah was VERY busy with trade in inspections to say the least. He has excelled in his department and has been a true leader for our team.
Here at Subaru, we are thankful for a recall fix that has recently been released. With a handful of new Outback's waiting for a recall remedy, we finally received the parts needed to correct and fix this recall. We are so thankful for the patience from both our customers, and our team, throughout the process of completing this recall. As always, we are truly thankful for our team, as we always say, they are our biggest asset!
