Great message, sir. You remind me a lot of another owner I communicate with over on the gm forum, has a shop up in Moscow, ID. There aren't many of you that sit down like you're doing here and just talk about the business from the perspective of someone who has been in all parts. Wish more of you would talk about the love for the industry and the ways you're working to change the abusive meat grinder that so many shops still are.
