This month we dialed in our internal messaging platform, we are having techs take pictures and videos of their recommendations to help customers better understand the reasoning behind their recommendations. In the month of May last year we did a total of 5020 hours in the shop and this year we did 5664 hours! Thats an increase of 13% for the total shop hours! Going into one of our busiest months we are excited to see what this new photo and video messaging platform can do to help our customers better understand what their cars need to make sure their cars are ready for the summertime!
I want to give a shoutout to one of our main line technicians, Louis! Louis is a mentor to one of our express graduates and also has the most photo/ video submissions of any tech in the shop! Thank you for using this tool to help us bring clarity and understanding to our customers so they can feel confident in their decision to do service with us knowing that they can see what the tech is seeing!
