What started as a small gesture of kindness has grown into a story of global connection. 🌍 In 2023, Walser Sr. Technician Manager Jon Olstad sourced and donated a diagnostic tool to Nicholas, a vocational college grad and mechanic in Kampala, Uganda. The tool, located and purchased by Jon through Facebook Marketplace, was hand-delivered by a One Heart Uganda volunteer to help Nicholas grow his auto repair business. The organization reached out to Walser seeking donatable equipment. ⏩ Fast forward to 2025: Nicholas is now running a thriving garage with a steady book of customers. The diagnostic computer has given Nicholas a competitive edge, helping him diagnose cars more quickly and accurately.
