New Facility, New Courses, New Program
Through a generous donation from Wellbuilt, Grandville Public Schools is currently building a brand new Automotive & Diesel Tech facility. This new facility is expected to open for classes during the 2025-26 school year.

New semester, new placements
This semester we placed 3 individuals for work based learning. One at Dalton Automotive, one at Marietta Toyota and one at German Auto Repair in Marietta. Always great to see these student's shine!

Hendrick Funding
Funds received from Hendrick where used to acquire a cylinder head/engine block resurfacing machine. The resurfacer is setup and functional.

Intro to automotive class

LS swapped C3 Corvette now LSA Blower!
The kids bolted up the blower this morning and started figuring out how to wire up the sensors and plumb the ice box for the intercooler.

Auto Tech and Auto Collision
So earlier this month we hosted our Local Skills USA Competition in our shops. We brought in numerous different judges from the industry to score the students in the competition. Shout out to Princeton Honda, Haldeman Ford, American Tire and many more businesses for the assistance in judges our students. It was a great time and next month we will be having a Skills USA Pep Rally to find out the results and who will be going to the state competition. Can't wait!
