"Nick came to my house to perform a computer update recall. I called him Saturday afternoon because my truck wouldn't start and I had few lights on the dash. He was off Monday but still came to my house and found a blown fuse to the ignition. Got me up and going. Thank you!"

This industry has always been very lucrative, especially for certain positions that require zero knowledge, training, or experience with vehicles. It's one that draws you in, and keeps you. There are numerous opportunities for growth and advancement, and you will ALWAYS have new things to learn about. This specific dealership group has been the best one I've worked for. Although it's a group with many stores, it's still family owned and the mentality is very much a "family first" type of one. Managers are put in positions to support their staff, and we take time to listen to our employees wants and needs. In turn, this leads to a better customer experience which keeps them coming back.
