Communication between techs and management is one of the biggest complaints in the industry. In order to make sure that we're communicating properly, we conduct weekly one on one meetings with our techs. It helps us ensure we're on the same page and gives us the ability to listen to our team. The meetings are typically short but occasionally something comes up that needs more time to discuss. Consistent meetings help a lot with communication. In this photo, you'll see the agenda we use to help keep us on track each week.
