Porsche Monthly Fixed Meeting. At Tom Wood Porsche, we do a meeting once a month for our Fixed departments Lunch is always provided (Cracker Barrel this month) and we create an agenda with some highlights and hot topics. This month we had a chance to celebrate an All-Time record for service and parts! At the end of the meeting we go around the room and give everyone an opportunity to voice their opinion or bring up anything they would like to the team. Everything mentioned at the end is written down and followed up on within 30 days or less.
