We’re pretty vocal about shops getting involved with schools and the importance behind that. With that being said, there’s a big opportunity for schools to help the industry get more involved. I think many shops are way behind on the times and how things work, many still stuck in the 90s. I hear people saying No one wants to work, or I call schools and never hear back from them. Many shops if they are to survive in the years to come really neeed to catch up on how the job market is and how to attract new talent. The days of putting an ad online and expecting 20 techs to show up are long gone.
