We wanted to take a moment to extend congratulations to Curtis Staples (pictured on the right) on his well-deserved promotion to the role of Service Advisor. Curtis' journey with the company began when he joined us as a shuttle driver while he was still a senior in high school. From the very start, his commitment and enthusiasm were evident, quickly propelling him through the ranks. He transitioned seamlessly into the role of porter, demonstrating exceptional work ethic. His next role as an Express Advisor further highlighted Curtis' remarkable aptitude for customer service and technical expertise. He swiftly became a trusted point of contact for our customers, consistently providing insightful advice and guidance. Now, as a main shop Service Advisor, Curtis has truly found his stride. He approaches each customer concern with the precision of a detective, meticulously piecing together information to ensure our technicians have all the details they need. This skill is particularly crucial, as customers may not always have the technical vocabulary to fully articulate the issues they're experiencing. Curtis has a remarkable ability to ask the right questions, ensuring that our technicians can diagnose and address problems with pinpoint accuracy. Beyond work, Curtis enjoys quality time with friends, playtime with his loyal dog, Brixton, and exploring new places. We have no doubt that Curtis will continue to excel in his new role, providing top-notch service to our valued customers. Congratulations again, Curtis! Your journey and achievements are truly inspiring.
