Wonderful email from a customer to our Service Manager: Dear Russell, I wanted to share a positive experience I recently had at your service center. I've owned my Subaru Ascent for nearly six years and have put 156,000 miles on it. As someone who enjoys doing my own maintenance whenever possible—a skill I believe is becoming rare among men—I encountered a persistent front suspension issue over the past year. Before embarking on another road trip, I decided it was time to get it professionally fixed. This is where your Service Advisor; Camryn made all the difference. I spoke with her over the phone and explained that I’d be dropping off my car on my way to work. She efficiently collected all necessary details—my information, driver’s license, and insurance—through your convenient text message system. She arranged for my car to be taken in and provided me with a loaner vehicle in an impressively short amount of time. Thanks to her, I made it to work on schedule. The process was just as seamless when I picked up my vehicle on my way to work again. While Camryn may simply be doing her job, she performed it with exceptional care and professionalism. Even after spending over $1,700, I left feeling satisfied—not only with the quality of the repair but also with how well I was treated throughout the experience.
