This month, we are delighted to extend a special recognition to one of our esteemed Service Advisors, Bob Thompson. With an impressive 38 years of dedicated service here at Carr Auto Group, Bob has been a valuable asset to our team. While previously contributing his expertise to our Subaru store, Bob has now embarked on a new and exciting chapter as he joins our Chevrolet store. His enthusiasm for expanding his knowledge in the automotive industry by mastering another manufacturer's intricacies is truly commendable. What do you wish the public knew about what it’s like to be a Service Advisor? It is a very demanding job but also very rewarding. Being a Service Advisor requires a high level of communication skills with both customers problem solving but when you can deliver a properly repaired vehicle to the customer and what makes this job great. What’s the best thing about working at your current shop? What would you tell someone considering working at your shop? Carr is a great company to work for because they’re very family oriented. They do care about their employees and provide a great working atmosphere. Employees are great at working together. Employer very accommodating. I have been here since 1985 and enjoy working for this company very much.
