After a week full of sunshine, we took advantage of the beautiful weather and hosted our first BBQ of the year! Team members from Service, Sales, Parts, Accounting, and Detail all came together to enjoy the sun, connect with each other, and share some great food - hot burgers, fresh salads, and plenty of snacks.

Mentoring Junior Leaders. One of the greatest failures in this industry is mentoring and developing quality junior leaders. Because there are so few high value leaders we generally end up with generation after generation of poor quality leaders and the impact on the industry has been devastating. It's time to change.
