An employee who came back after leaving was one of our technicians Michell. Michell began his career with us in pre-inspection before working his way up to being one of our best recon tech producers. He has the aptitude and talent to be an amazing master technician one day. This year we've seen him grow past his initial uncertainty regarding his capabilities and have seen major strides that he has made to take pride in what he's doing as well as understand every aspect of what he has accomplished.

Her uncle's extensive knowledge and experience in automobile repairs inspired her greatly, and he was even able to teach how to diagnose issues over the phone and recommended the necessary tools.
