Order uniforms for them right away? Do you keep hiring the least experienced technicians so at least they can do oil changes, tires, etc? Or hold out for the experienced technician you are crossing your fingers for? Is a warm body better than nobody at all?

Our shop in Kieler has been very busy keeping our customers on the road, pictured is a couple Cummins ISX 15 waiting to get some block machining done. We do the very best for our customers to keep them moving.

This month we had an opportunity to attend the Cuba City Wi high school FFA career fair, I got to talk to a few students about the jobs that we do in truck repair, fabrication and towing. We also handed out some goodies the kids got to take home, a few of the kids got to see our JPro software that we use out on our mobile service trucks, and touch and feel some of the tools we use in the industry.

New Hanover County's Automotive Technology program at New Hanover High School is available to all students in New Hanover county schools. The Automotive program holds ASE accreditation in the ASE MLR standards. Hendrick racing awarded New Hanover High school the Get Set Go grant in September of 2023.

The Warren Tech auto collision repair program has been serving high school and college students for 50 years in the Lakewood, CO. Our two instructor program has two groups of 40+ students per day for 3 hour class periods. We utilize I-Car curriculum and treat our shop like a real collision center. Writing estimates with CCC, performing live collision and refinishing repairs with state of the art materials and processes. Students participate in SkillsUSA and have their own CTSO.
