The shop decided to try something different; instead of the usual hamburgers and bratwurst, they requested chicken and shrimp fried rice! Well done, Chef Brad!

August was a fantastic month for us. We had a 16% increase in RO count, 16% increase in hours, and a 6.5% increase in ELR YoY. With 858 RO's being written in August, the shop was bustling with activity, but not too much as to overload and overbook our team. We've begun construction officially as well. What that means for us, is adding on an additional eight service bays, two of which will be EV certified, getting us to a total of three EV certified bays, and a large area to do EV repairs out of. Our parts department is also gaining a full upstairs, and added 15+ feet of department room, which should help with having more parts on hand for day of repairs. We've welcomed a new shop apprentice, Dawson, to the team, and he's already showing us how much he loves the automotive field. So far, he's been a fantastic addition!
This month we'd like to give a shout out to our shop foreman Josh. Josh has been teaching our three apprentices every day, making sure they're learning how to do the jobs right the first time. He's constantly working on the shop flow, communicating with the parts & service departments to make sure we've got the customers taken care of, and ensuring that our technicians have the resources they need.
We do have a fantasy league running!
