At Audi Pasadena, you'll work with a talented team of over 20 Audi Certified Technicians, guided by experienced team leads and a dedicated shop foreman.
What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday, 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM. We are closed on Sunday.

Our team leads and shop foremen are always available to provide support, answer questions, and offer insights that help newer techs grow into highly skilled professionals. At Audi Pasadena, we actively support our community by donating to and partnering with local charities, sponsoring events, and collaborating with automotive trade schools to mentor future technicians. We believe in giving back and making a positive impact beyond the dealership.
Do you do anything with local high schools or tech schools to encourage more students to enter the profession?
Yes! We currently partner with UTI to support and mentor students pursuing careers in the automotive industry. We provide career guidance and potential job opportunities for aspiring technicians. We are also open to expanding our outreach and actively looking for ways to collaborate with other technical schools to inspire and develop the next generation of automotive professionals.

Hourly and Falgging Technician
Pay Range: $25.00 - $48.00/hour

Our pay structure includes: Hourly and Flag Rate Options: Compensation tailored to skill level and efficiency. Performance-Based Enhancements: We recognize and reward top performance with occasional pay enhancements and incentive programs. - RUSNAK AUDI PASADENA offers two different options for health insurance. Choosing the right coverage involves evaluating relevant information. Each of the plans we offer may have different co-pays, deductibles and out-of-pocket maximums. To make the right choice, you need a basic understanding of the different types of plans that we offer. Kaiser DHMO Standard Plan – The Kaiser plan includes a $40 office visit copayment, excellent prescription benefits, and a deductible that applies to only select services.Kaiser DHMO Deluxe Plan – The Kaiser planincludes a $10 per office visit copayment, excellent prescription benefits, and a deductible that applies to only select services.
- Dental Insurance Offered
- RUSNAK offers three dental plans through Guardian so that you and your family can receive the care needed to maintain good dental health. Your dental coverage is an important health benefit and it is important to fully understand your plan details. Guardian DHMO – The Guardian DHMO plan is a scheduled benefit plan with set copays for covered services. It requires that the insured choose a primary care dentist through whom all care is given. The DHMO has no deductible or annual maximum. Guardian PPO High – The high option dental PPO plan offers access to any dentist (contracted or not) for dental services. The plan pays 100% of preventive services for both in and out-of-network providers, has a calendar year deductible of $50 per member, $150 per family and an in-network annual maximum benefit of $2,000 ($1,500 out-of-network). Guardian PPO Standard – The standard option dental PPO is similar to the PPO high option plan in that you can access any dentist (contracted or not) for dental services. The plan pays 100% of preventive services for both in and out-of-network providers. The plan has an in-network deductible of $50 per member, $150 per family, with an annual maximum benefit of $1,250 per member. Both plans pay the highest benefits when members stay in-network for dental care.

- Vision – The VSP vision plan features a $10 examination copay, a $25 prescription glasses copay and a 12 month fre-quency allowance on exams, lenses and contacts and a 24 month frequency allowance on frames.

- RUSNAK provides a 401(k) retirement plan that allows employees to to defer up to the maximum IRS limit for standard employee deferrals as well as catch-up contributions.

- Long Term Disability – Long Term Disability may be pur-chased to provide a percentage of your income lost due to a disability. LTD payments may carry through to your normal social security retirement age.

- Guardian Voluntary Life and AD&D – You may purchase additional voluntary life and AD&D insurance for your-self to a maximum of $300,000, with a guaranteed issue of $200,000 during initial eligibility. You may purchase up to 50% of your life insurance amount for your spouse. Your children are eligible to be covered for up to $10,000 each. Guardian Basic Life andAD&D – As an eligible employee of RUSNAK you are provided with $10,000 of Life cover-age, free of charge. If your death was due to an accident, your beneficiary will receive $20,000. This policy also has a benefit if you lose a limb, your eyesight or hearing. The ben-efit is based on a percentage of your Life Insurance benefit.
