Hi Marshall - you can contact support at info@wrenchway.com or email me directly at mark@wrenchway.com. As shown in the screenshot, the photo size is limited to 5MB which is a pretty large file. Email me and we can talk through how you can shrink your photos or diagnose whether some other error is going on.

Our best toolbox goes to MARK! Mark has been a crucial part of team Wendle for 9,592 days … over 26 years! He has a large 4 section Snap-on toolbox that is about 15 years old filled with various tools, supplies, and even some refrigerated snacks. We all know a technician’s toolbox not only says a lot about who they are, but the work they do as well. Mark keeps his toolbox organized and stocked with all the right tools, which is a great reflection of his experience, success, organization, and work ethic! We appreciate all of Mark’s hard work (and cool toolbox) that has helped him meet so many of our customers’ needs over the years. Thank you for letting us showcase your kick-ass toolbox, Mark!

We offer a tool program that is setup to grow with our technicians. Apprentices are given a Volkswagen Tool Program starter set of cordless and hand tools, along with a Bluepoint cart to use when coming on board, along with being able to utilize the tools of their mentor. If the apprentice remains employed with us for two years from hire date, they will get to keep that starting tool set, which is equipped with $2500 in tools, plus the cart. After six months of employment, an apprentice will get their initial $600 in tool money. Once they have hit their first year of employment, a technician or apprentice will receive $840. Each year this fund grows in value as well, and refills itself on your annual hire date. Besides our tool program, we also have the typical dealer required OEM special tools. On top of that, we also purchase special tools that are not required, such as special engine cradles, ramps, or smoke testers so they'll be readily accessible and make the job easier. Each technician is also provided a tablet for digital multipoint inspections, and also has their own scan tool provided by us so no one has to wait on others.
We'd give a shot out to the loudest box in the shop, and that would be Richard's. A beautiful viper green Icon triple bay with overhead hutch and full lighting. Our shop foreman Josh has got all the tools you'd ever need, want, and then some. Absolutely rolling in tools!
