The 8th graders loved sitting in the driver's seat and checking out all the complex electronics modern technicians have to diagnosis.

We hire and retain women associates by giving them every opportunity for success as we give to men. Being a woman in this industry for 20+ years, I have had negative experiences with customers both men and women who make an assumption that we don’t know as much as men, but have never felt that from Broadway. Broadway goes above and beyond to ensure every employee has equal rights and opportunities. Julie Stanzel has been employed with Broadway as a Collision Technician for over 3 years. I never assume she isn’t capable of any repair that comes into the shop. By giving equal opportunities, she realizes how much we value her and this helps us to retain her as an employee. The sky is the limit!

We're on a roll when it comes to pushing out inventory. We've had several 30+ car(s) weeks. We are down around 100 cars in the inventory Instead of the normal 120.

In February, Guys Truck & Tractor Service was dispatched for an accident recovery for a tractor/trailer on it’s side that was hauling frozen product. The technicians from Guys were able to organize a recovery plan to off-load the product on scene, along with the help of community members, in an effort to save the loaded trailer of frozen product. The technicians worked well together with their excellent communication and technical skills to save the product as well as in site cleanup. We are very proud of our great group of technicians in their skills and teamwork when in the shop and out on the road assisting others.
