WrenchWay and ASE are excited to announce the release of the 2025 Voice of Technician Survey Report.
The purpose of the survey was to gather feedback about what it’s like to work in the automotive and diesel industries and identify areas of improvement. Specifically, the report dives into the satisfaction level of technicians in the workforce and what they look for in employers.
Over 4,700 technicians, students, instructors, and industry professionals completed the survey. All responses were aggregated. Throughout the report, we also made comparisons to the 2023-24 Voice of Technician survey and showed year-over-year trends, when applicable.
