In May, we launched a beta version of WrenchWay. Our goal with WrenchWay is to make it easier for technicians to find great shops to work at, and to give shops a better way to show off their shop to techs.
Job postings all look the same, and never provide enough information to give technicians an accurate picture of what it’s like to work in the shop. We like to think of WrenchWay as the “Zillow for shops.” Technicians can go to one place to browse profiles of top shops, get many of their questions answered, see pictures of the work area, and feel more confident when they apply that the shop is a good fit for them.
We’ve talked with both shops and technicians while building out the initial product to make sure we’re providing all the important information that techs want to know when they’re deciding if they want to apply to a shop.
