Over 100 Audi Dealerships Nationwide Join WrenchWay to Support the Next Generation of Technicians

WrenchWay and Audi dealerships are excited to announce a new collaboration to elevate the automotive technician profession and help fill critical workforce gaps in the automotive industry through educational partnerships.

As part of the joint effort, more than 100 Audi dealerships will join WrenchWay’s industry-leading Top Shop program. Each dealership will have its own dedicated Top Shop page, showcasing key details that technicians care about when seeking new job opportunities—such as photos, videos, compensation ranges for all skill levels, and FAQs covering work environment, career development, and more. Additionally, participating Audi dealerships will benefit from unlimited job postings on WrenchWay’s platform, further expanding their reach to find qualified candidates.

Participating Audi dealerships will also join WrenchWay’s School Assist platform which makes it easier for shops, dealerships, and OEMs to work with local high schools and post-secondary institutions.

School Assist, which is managed by WrenchWay and ASE, has grown substantially over the past year, is currently used by nearly 2,800 automotive, diesel, and tech ed programs and 2,000+ shops and dealerships across the country. This online platform allows schools to seamlessly request resources such as guest speakers, shop tours, tool donations, internships and more to benefit their programs. Shops, dealerships and industry partners can easily scroll through the requests, connect with schools, and build relationships with instructors and their students.

“We are excited about WrenchWay and the Audi dealer network’s investment in the future of the automotive industry,” said Robert Lecznar, Vice President of After Sales Service Ops & Warranty at Audi. “This collaboration will help ensure that talented individuals are exposed to rewarding careers in automotive, with the skills necessary to drive progress in our industry.”

“We’re thrilled to showcase a wide range of dealerships from a renowned brand like Audi,” said Mark Wilson, Co-Founder & CEO of WrenchWay. “Our mission is to promote and improve technician careers. A great way to do that is to connect both current and future technicians with outstanding employers, like the participating Audi dealerships.”
