Thornton, CO
We have multiple highschools feed into our prgram. We have 3 instructors with 3 classes each per day. We have 7 Level 1 classes with about 27 students each class and 2 Level 2 classes that have around the same number of students each day. These are year long courses that are just under 2 hours long for each class. Level 1 students learn basic automotive knoweldge which consists of shop safety, tools, lifts, racks and jack stands, brakes, steering and suspension, alignments, wheel/tire mounting and balancing, cooling systems, basic a/c and basic electrical which consists of starters, alternators, batteries and basic circuit knoweldge. We are a concurrent enrollment class so our students do get college credit. We are Natef certified and all 3 instructors are ASE Master Techs with 20 years experience each in the industry.
