We recently had our technicians take advantage of one of their many benefits by receiving a pair of fully paid for work boots! Provided by dealership, we had Trading Post Western & Outdoor come to the dealership so that our techs could select their preferred foot ware from a wide selection!

Top Shop Challenge: What types of industry changes (small or large) have you seen at the shop level in 2025?
To be honest, we haven’t seen a lot of major changes in our shop so far this year. EVs and hybrids are definitely a growing topic in the industry, but we’re not seeing a high volume of them in our area just yet, so it hasn’t changed our day-to-day.
