"Nick came to my house to perform a computer update recall. I called him Saturday afternoon because my truck wouldn't start and I had few lights on the dash. He was off Monday but still came to my house and found a blown fuse to the ignition. Got me up and going. Thank you!"

Our apprentice technicians will earn hourly wage of $20.00 per hour to start as they mentor with master certified Audi technicians. Upon the 90-day employment mark they will then be given access to the manufacturer training portal. From that point they will be given progress reviews every 6 months along with hourly wage increases based on merit -progress, attendance, investments in tools. Upon completion of all the required training and the apprenticeship program on the 29 month of employment technicians will be considered "C" technicians with a current pay scale of $28.35 per hour as of 9/1/2024 - 9/1/2025. The progress to other wages, technician skill levels is based on the individual where they can advance to B - A -Master - or Master Guild levels within the brand.
