Team building exercises enhance collaboration, communication, and trust amongst team members. These exercises typically focus on improving problem solving skills, boosting morale, and fostering stronger interpersonal relationships, and that's exactly what we did when our team members split into groups to build aircrafts together. The goal was to create a sense of unity, improve group dynamics, and encourage a more productive working environment... and of course to see if your aircraft could fly the farthest!
