We recently had another one of our videos hit over a million views on TikTok. It is overwhelming the support (and laughs) we have had building this content with the industry and local Madison, WI shops.

Getting customers to fill out their surveys is a challenge; one that we are most willing to take on. Touching base with the customer to confirm the service provided was top notch is extremely important and we’re diligent in those calls. We’ve added QR codes on our paperwork and throughout the dealership to make it easier for online reviews. What creative ways are you using to make filling surveys out for customers easier or more enticing?

September was a good month. It was definitely busy but that just makes the month go even quicker. Navistar was here at the beginning of the month. They gave us some pointers and new practices to implement here in the shop.
We'd like to give a shout out to our newest tech, Connor. He is coming to us as a recent graduate from NATS. He is already showing a lot of promise and takes on every new task with a positive attitude. You can feel his eagerness to learn. He is going to be a great asset to the Beltway team. We can't wait to see what he can do!
Davon definitely drives the coolest vehicle. He drives an Audi.
