The 2024 shop Holiday party at the Cowboy club in Sedona was a blast! The food was amazing and we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We ate way too much and had some good laughs.

I worked (2) 43 hour weeks in a row and they only paid me for one of those weeks at 43 and the other week at 40. I have addressed this multiple times with the boss and they said they arenโ€™t going to pay me. Sounds like call to the department of labor

If you are hourly and you worked 43 hours, you are owed 40 hours pay and 3 hours at 1.5 base rate. If you are flat rate and you turned 43 hours, you are owed 43 hours. If you are salary, you get paid salary no matter how many hours you worked. If you are flat rate with a guarantee, I have seen shops keep your overage on good weeks to make up for weeks they had to contribute because you didn't meet the guarantee.

AWD became one of Subaru's signature features, contributing to the brandโ€™s popularity in areas with harsh weather conditions, like snow and rain.
