The finalists for Best Mentor in Dallas-Fort Worth area are listed below. Voting will end Friday, September 22 at 12pm CT. Industry professionals submitted nominations over the past couple months, and WrenchWay team members narrowed down the list to the finalists below.
CORY HAS GREAT MENTOR SKILLS. HE IS VERY PATIENT WITH HIS TEAM AND KNOWS HOW TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS TO EACH TEAM MEMBER TO TRAIN THEM THE CORRECT WAY WITHOUT MAKING THEM CHANGE EVERYTHING. HE TAKES THE TIME TO GET TO KNOW EACH OF HIS MEMBERS AND BUILDS STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEM SO THEY KNOW THEY CAN COME TO HIM WITH QUESTIONS WITHOUT HESITATION. CORY DEFINATELY DESERVES THIS AWARD.
