My name is Cody Cooper. I am a Ford Senior Master Technician and I have been with Ford since 2013.
I've been working on vehicles since I was a kid with my uncle. It was a goal of mine to turn that into a career. I enjoy being able to solve a variety if vehicle concerns to better helps the guests and get their vehicles performing as they should.
I wish the general public understood better that the answer isn't always right in front of us, and it may take longer than anticipated to diagnose or repair a vehicle. There are many surprises in this industry.
I'd say the atmosphere, work flow, and access to special tools are key points in this shop that make it an efficient, yet fun place to work. Everyone in the shop is positive and though I've only been here a few months, it's really becoming a family.
