The finalists for Best Mentor in the Minneapolis-St. Paul area are listed below. Voting will end Friday, September 22 at 12pm CT. Industry professionals submitted nominations over the past couple months, and WrenchWay team members narrowed down the list to the finalists below.
Brian Wittenberg is one of the best mentors/leaders I have seen in a shop! Brian took on 6 new students coming out of an Automotive Program and took them under his wing and coached/mentored them. He continues to do that daily! He loves to hand down his knowledge and expertise to new technicians in the field.
Brian is a great mentor and a leader in the industry. He brings many years of experience. Brian takes the time to teach new and upcoming techs how to effectively and efficiently do the job. He is a a tactician in his field. Brian truly embodies the best mentor in the business. Brian cares about the people and the customers he serves. Not only as an employee, but as a person and a leader.
