Scott Fabel graduated from Northwood University in Midland, MI with an Automotive Marketing Degree and worked with his father at their truck dealership for many years. Scott saw the need for a truck and body repair shop in the Fox Valley and this is how the idea of Fabel Repair & Collision Center was born. Scott and Debbie Fabel opened their first shop in Appleton in 1991, in 2011 they opened a second location in Waupaca, in 2019 they built their third location, a state-of-the-art collision facility, in Appleton and in 2021 they expanded their Waupaca location to further serve the community and opened a fourth location Fabel Truck Sales located in Waupaca. This year they broke ground and are currently expanding the collision center to include a full trailer-repair facility, set to open soon! Fabel Repair & Collision Center is a family-owned and operated business.
I really love working directly with my customers and building positive relationships. Because of my passion for the industry, I have a lot of fun going out and selling our services and figuring out how we can be the trusted repair facility for a variety of customers.
I am a fairly laid back individual and am on a first-name basis with all of my employees. I strive to have an open door policy and am always open for suggestions to help create a better work environment.
Outside of work, I enjoy time spent with my family and grandchildren. I have a passion for fishing and hunting. I also enjoy building and flying model airplanes.
