Covenant signing day! Lexus is one of the few brands out there that was actually founded on its covenant, it's promise to its family of purchasers. Today we solidified our annual covenant signing as a reminder to us of why we do what we do every day and to elevate the guest's experience whenever possible. We also had several representatives from our Lexus Central Office in the building you can see socializing with individuals. We truly are a family from the top office positions all the way into the dealership. John Wood came today as well and was the first to sign the covenant. Tom Wood Lexus really is something else!
