Lake Stevens, WA
Hot Rod Highschool was born out of necessity and innovation during the challenging times of the COVID-19 pandemic. When everything went remote, a dedicated local shop teacher faced a unique challenge: how to continue providing hands-on automotive education to his students from home. Determined to keep the spirit of shop class alive, he developed a creative solution that allowed his students to engage in practical automotive lessons remotely. Realizing the potential of this innovative approach, he saw an opportunity to extend the benefits of automotive education beyond his own classroom. Thus, Hot Rod Highschool was created, with the mission of making high-quality automotive education accessible to everyone, regardless of their location or access to traditional shop classes.
