Responsibilities

  • Assist Estimators in assessing damage for the development of a 100% repair plan for each vehicle
  • Complete safe, high quality, and thorough automotive repairs or each vehicle, ensuring all OEM and Industry Standard Guidelines are adhered to
  • Disassemble, repair, and reassemble each vehicle
  • Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Attend meetings and collaborate with team during daily production meetings
  • Maintain current knowledge and practice of  I-Car and company guidelines and training
  • Assist team with delivering repaired vehicles to guests

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or the equivalent
  • Three or more years of experience as a Body Technician
  • I-Car certified in Body and Paint Procedures a plus
  • General mechanical skills and manual dexterity
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and subsequent random drug screens
