Established in 2007, we have been serving central Indiana and surrounding areas for over 16 years with locations in both Muncie and Indianapolis. Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and team-oriented individual capable of leading, directing, and overseeing our extremely busy mobile operation as well as the full service shop at our Muncie location. Qualified applicants must be able to work at a brisk pace for extended periods of time in a high stress environment. Must be a clear and concise communicator with both customers and technicians. 100% complete customer satisfaction by being the best shop in the industry is the Road Warrior way!

  • Heavy focus on customer service and a customer first attitude is required
  • Excellent customer relationship and communication skills are required including the ability to resolve any and all customer issues quickly and efficiently
  • Ability to lead by example, encourage, and build team morale is required
  • Enrich company culture through individual creative contributions while also being willing to uphold, respect, and encourage all company traditions, standards, and practices currently in place
  • Handle high volume of phone calls from customers and Road Warrior employees
  • Delegate as needed to subordinate employees to ensure balanced workloads and efficient turnaround time on all customer projects
  • Schedule and coordinate service orders with customers and assign work to technicians
  • Create and manage 24/7 on-call schedules to ensure technicians are available for our customers Anytime...Anywhere!
  • Manage and oversee shop and mobile technicians to maximize efficiency, productivity, and net profits
  • Assign and oversee jobs of a daily, weekly, and monthly nature as needed for 1st shift, 2nd shift, weekend shift, and out of state traveling mechanics
  • Encourage safe work practices in the shop and on job sites
  • Assist coworkers and demonstrate willingness to work as a team
  • Regularly report and communicate status updates about work assignments and deadlines to accounts receivables department
  • Interview and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants
  • Provide feedback and/or lead performance reviews, disciplinary write ups, and termination if needed.
  • Perform additional tasks and duties as required

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Proficient with PC and cell phone including emails, texts, etc.

Education and Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an automotive or truck repair shop/environment
  • Well rounded mechanical knowledge pertaining to auto/truck repair
  • 3-5 years of management experience.
  • Associates or Bachelors Degree in business or related field preferred

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to walk in and out of shop and service trucks including climbing stairs
