Part Time Service Associate
Overview
This position requires a dedicated and customer-oriented Service Associate. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support while managing various duties. Your ability to build relationships and ensure customer satisfaction will be essential in promoting our services and maintaining a positive environment. Hours would be 8:00 am - 1:00 pm Monday - Friday.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with directing them to the appropriate department.
- Shuttle driver - includes coordination of customer pick-up and delivery
- Perform State of Wisconsin Emission Tests
- Quality Checks
- Vacuum customer vehicle as needed
- Opening the shop procedures in the morning.
- Answer phones during lunch hours and as needed.
- Customer Service not limited to scheduling, greeting, check in & check out process
- Facilities Management - not limited to cleaning office, bathrooms, kitchen and customer area and shop areas. Outside clean up includes garden maintenance, shoveling and spreading salt on icy areas, sweeping etc.
- Filing
- Parts runner - not afraid to drive on the highway or near Milwaukee etc. picking up parts
- Maintains office supplies
- Keep shop vehicle clean and fueled.
- Errands as assigned ie: post office, hardware store etc.
- Identify opportunities for sales by understanding customer needs and promoting relevant products and services.
- Manage/create relationships with customers to foster loyalty and trust.
- Maintain clean and organized space.
- Log oil changes performed for all customers to ensure free oil change giveaway is done accurately.
- Record new customers.
- Assist in check out process of customers.
- Assist with parts inventory confirming all parts received matched invoice double checking quantity and pricing. To be done as parts are received.
- Perform other tasks related to the position as assigned such as assisting Service Advisor with daily tasks.
- Assist with Quality Control objectives.
Skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on relationship management.
- Must be friendly and approachable. Loves to socialize.
- Valid WI driver’s license with exceptional driving record.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and able to easily/quickly get in and out of any vehicle

- High School graduate or GED
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Must be an active and good listener.
