No, but we have evaporative coolers and fan systems which is appropriate for Arizona.

8 total 4 technicians

What are the shop hours and what are the shift timeframes?

Monday - Friday 8am - 4:30pm NO WEEKENDS!

What tools does the shop provide that are available for all technicians to use?

We provide full and major tools but encourage technicians to provide their own set of tools as well.

What type of break room facility is provided?

We have a break area with dining table and chairs, plus a full kitchen area. Multiple refrigerators , microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, water cooler etc..

How many repair orders do you average per month?

No repairs completed here, we specialize in full restorations

What is your parts ordering process?

Completed through the office, with colaboration with technician

What is your policy on side work?

On a case by case basis it can be discussed

Do you offer any skills training or continuing education opportunities?

No formal plan, but will always discuss with candidates depending on their needs and requirements.

We are a growing business and there is ample opportunities to grow within our business, we always strive to promote from within.

No formal process, we do have a 90 day and yearly review.

What type of safety training is required?

None required

No formal mentoring plan in place, we have a teamwork environment where open communication and collaboration are encouraged.

How does your shop get involved with the local community?

Where do you see the shop in five years?

We will continue to grow and take on ever increasing, complex projects. We have a plan in place for more creative ventures.

Our application form takes about 10 minutes to complete

No phone screens required

What do your in-person interviews entail?

Our in-person interviews are usually 15-30 minutes. It's an opportunity to go over resume, learn about the business, and to find out if candidate is a good fit with our team. Usually you meet with owner and it includes a shop tour.

Yes, we require background checks and drug screens to be completed.

No, skills assessments are not required before hiring.

You can expect to hear answer within 3-5 business days

Automotive Technician for Classic Cars Pay Range: $40,000 - $65,000/year

ZCS is open Monday thru Friday and closed on weekends. We offer a 40-hour work week with paid time off and an insurance stipend.

Automotive Technician - Entry Level Pay Range: $40,000 - $52,000/year ($19.23 - $25.00/hr)
